“Before Reconnective Healing I was struggling with my sleep as I had a lot on. I couldn’t switch off. At times the anxiety would turn into panic attacks. The first night after the treatment I managed to go to sleep quickly and my sleep pattern has generally improved a lot since. Two months on and I don’t think much about things at bed time, I can switch off quicker and have a good night’s sleep. Also, I have been responding more positively to life’s challenges, coping a lot better with situations than before.
